It’s all very well having the most sumptuous snacks in the world, but if the nation insists on being blissfully unaware of the buzz we’re trying to make in top-notch treats, then quite frankly we’re in a bit of a pickle.

Fortunately for us we are very ably supported by a fine upstanding gathering of top-notch wholesalers, delis, farm shops, food halls and free-thinking independent stores who like what we’re about and are only too happy to help us on our way.
